The hydraulic module integrates electric heating, a three-way valve, and connects to the outdoor unit via water pipes; the wire center only integrates the whole-house control system terminals, connecting to the outdoor unit via communication cables.
The hydraulic module offers higher integration and can serve as an auxiliary heat source. The wire center offers greater autonomy, especially when hot water functionality is not standard, resulting in cost savings. However, installing an external three-way valve and auxiliary electric heating requires more specialized skills.
